We have a 30 day return policy.
Minimum orders are $50.
Sales tax of 6% is charged for Vermont residents.
We do not (and will never) share or sell any customer information with other companies. All of your information, including your e-mail address, will remain confidential.
We receive requests for samples almost daily, therefore we must ask you to cover the costs of samples and shipping.
All of your order information is secure. We use a sophisticated processing system and have never had a problem with customer information being disclosed or hacked.
Most orders are shipped from Florida and New York via UPS Ground or Federal Express. Delivery can be expected in 2 to 10 working days after the order is placed depending on where you live.
Not all of our products are listed on our web site. Please call if you can't find something you are looking for.
Delivery charges are calculated for the Continental U.S. only. Delivery charges will be higher for other locations including Hawaii, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We work with a Freight Consolidator for deliveries in the Caribbean, and we can calculate delivery charges before finalizing an order. If you live outside the U.S. and the Caribbean, you should arrange for shipping with a Freight Forwarder or Consolidator. We can deliver an order to your agent.
Although we have had very little trouble with credit card fraud, we work with credit card companies to prosecute all fradulent purchases.
